Avatar Fight Online !
Lil-not Big Fighters...
Yes, I know what you are thinking, "A app game"! Yes, this game I came by on the apple market is also available on the android as well. Its free to download, its fun, addictive and fun. About this Fighters app, well as you may know, you create your own avatar, and fight. The customization is not that in depth, and you will encounter a few look a likes. Anyways, you name your character, choose the sex, and style. Then you're off in the world to fight other fighters in your rank. Leveling up, collecting, buying and selling items to get that edge in a battle. Signing up for contest and 5on5 tournaments. Weapons range from various swords to rockets and flamethrowers. You can send up to 3 pets with you into battle and even learn fighting skills. There is also a guild aspect that's a game of its own; Going to war with other factions, selling and bidding crystals that people go crazy over, and mining for supplies and recruiting. Typing this now, I notice the minutes I'm wasting, while I can be leveling up my character. (Ha) If you get on, add me ; Tajir
King of Fighters XIII (13)
Lately, I've grown tired of a certain fighting game. Out of no where I seen a promo for KOF13. I was glad to see this. It was like an alternative to my UMVC3. Love that game, but I still feel like they could of added to it and playing online was just to brutal for me. In KOF13 there is no 109 hit combo, killing my team with your one character, son as I make a mistake or don't block. I should be vlog'n this. Anyways, what KOF offers is a fresh, or familiar look on fighting. Its 2-D, yes its still in. It offers several feature, as in modes. The story is my favorite. I get an actual storyline and some dialogue with cut scenes. There is also an arcade, versus and online battle and even more. Thank you SNK Playmore.
Street Fighter X Tekken
When I first heard of this title, was around the launch of MVC3. I wasnt interested and didnt care. I never really liked Tekken. I stopped at 2 and 3. Some characters were awesome, but I couldnt put up with a storyline constantly revolving around Jin, Kazuya and Heihachi every game. Anyways, after a week of playing it, I actually enjoyed the storyline a lot. It was some what predictable and some what different along the way. It seemed like an DLC pack for SSF4, when new characters. As for dynamics and gameplay I feel like some of the Capcom Fighters had advantages. Especially with their projectiles. The move list seemed limited. It heavily emphasizes team work and "crossing" back and forth. Tagging your partner. The best combos, super moves or art, are your combined attacks. Your suppers are some what easier to do. As a Street Fighter advocate, it just seems like a different game with new moves, for familiar characters. i guess it evens the playing field for all combatants holding a controller.
Its cool.

This "free" is a online campaign, pitting Heroes of Marvel and Capcom, against the all powerful Heralds. If you're not familiar with "Herald", they were the loyal servants of Galactus. Like Silver Surfer, Firelord and Nova (Frankie Raye).
Its a week long tournament , each win adding to the victors score. Each week you pick a side to join. Then you battle in groups, and incorporate Ability Cards, that do affect the battle. However, they do not affect your current rank.
I have not yet downloaded this but I do intend to when I get home today. LOL.
